Flyerstack

March 2021 - August 2021

Product & Strategy Intern

Flyerstack is a Berkeley SkyDeck company that serves as a tool for users to receive events and happenings that are specifically tailored to their interests. I worked as a Product & Strategy Intern to plan for the company’s launch coming this fall.

Closed & Open Beta Management and Website Rebrand

Overview

As a Product & Strategy intern, my primary responsibility was managing the closed & open beta stage of our app leading up to our launch this coming fall. This meant sending and receiving surveys about experiences with beta, dealing with over 50+ user interviews, communicating said interview results with the development and design teams, and ultimately leading prioritization sessions.

Result

In my time, I was able to prioritize and deliver a ranked list of product features based on interviews, surveys, and intuition while also establishing metrics of success for these features. This delivery consisted of writing specific tickets and overseeing these processes. I worked closely with development and directly with design to create mockups of these features. Additionally, I was responsible for the website rebranding through Webflow and the company’s YouTube content creation.
